Thickeners are centrally driven, fixed bridge, rotating type scrapers. Main Components are Picket Fence, Pre-tensioned Scraping Arm, Central Driving Unit and Central Diffuser. Refering to Tank Diameter and Sludge Load, Temser has been manufacturing Custom Design thickening scrapers.
Project standardisation for the thickeners specific to Actiflo® and Multiflo® processes are available.

Drive System
Depending on the Sludge Load, Planetary gear box is accompanied with pinion-slewing ring gear set
Slewing ring and pinion gear set is totally embedded in an oil bath. Oil bath is spill proof
Food Grade oil is optionally available
Mechanical Torque Limiter
A mechanical torque limiter (Op.) generates a signal to stop the electrical motor as well .
