Referring to the Bottom Sludge Load on Sedimentation, Temser has been manufacturing Custom Design Suction Scraper Bridges with a Gravity Siphon or a Suction Pump
On circular tanks, Bottom Scraper and Gravity Siphons, on rectangular tanks, suction pumps are employed. Bridges are mainly on Radial (R), R+1/3 R or full length of the Tank Diameter.
Ex-Proof Project Standardisation is available compliant with ATEX regulation IEC 60079
Bridge and Scraper Material
AISI 304 ve 316 Series Stainless Steel
Epoxy Painted Carbon Steel
Hot-Dip Galvanised Carbon Steel
Central Sludge Sump, Sludge Collecting Trough, Scum Scraper Blades, Weirs and Baffles are optionally available in GRP
Scum Removal System
By flat panels, Surface is scraped radially into a hopper. Discharge with a scum pump is Optional
Sludge Scrapers
With V-Panels hanged over bottom rollers and to the bridge
Suction system
Suction Pipes regulated with telescopic valves conveys the sludge into the Sludge Trough. With a gravity siphon primed with a blower system, sludge is discharged into the central sump.
Suction Pump is optionally available as an alternative suction system
Bridge Drive System
On Radial (R) ve R+1/3 R Types, Bridge is driven by a Peripheral Wagon with tandem wheels On full length bridges, Bridge is driven by two Peripheral Wagons with tandem wheels at each end of the bridge. Wheels are coated with Polyurethane
Wheels are oriented by an adjustment system to the path
Central Pivoting System
Bridge is located on the center of the tank on Slewing Ring and special pivoting system to compansate the total deflection
